I needed something on a budget and no-frills. I think it was an excellent value for what I paid. Has easy access to and from the 101. Easy to get to destinations and find your way back. Target is very close by.

How quiet the area was, and how close and within walking distance alot of restaurants and convenience stores were. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast although it was advertised as such. Could not enter the office but had to do transactions under a glass in a slit in the window. It may have been located in a high-risk neighborhood...at least it made us think so.

The front desk was incredibly rude. They lost my business with how unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, I got mansplaned how I was wrong. The customer is definitely wrong. Don’t stay here.

Friendly owners. Check in and out through outside window. Office always locked. Thought it was a bit off as i was put in an upstairs room. Only 2 downstairs rooms were occupied. Updated bathroom and bed. Plenty of on demand hot water and above average water pressure. I will definitely be returning to stay here.

The staff was extremely friendly. For the price, the room was very , very satisfactory. The room was clean with fridge and microwave. Ice machine was as available and recycling slot that you don’t see often. There was no breakfast but we did not expect it. Decor was a bit outdated but we were there to rest and that we did. I would stay again.
